Dimasa Kekhalifahan Umar bin Khattab, ada seorang pemuda yang mengarungi padang pasir untuk menunaikan umrah di Tanah Suci. Pemuda itu tiba di sebuah oasis di pinggir sebuah permukiman penduduk. Ia berhenti dan istirahat. Karena kelelahan pemuda itu tertidur.

Ketika pemuda itu tidur , tali pengikat untanya lepas. Dan unta itu, tanpa sepengetahuan pemuda berjalan mencari makan, karena kelaparan. Unta itu masuk kesebuah kebun yang suburtak jauh dari tempat itu. Penjaga kebun itu adalah seorang kakek. Unta itu tak ayal lagi. Karena kelaparan, memakan dan merusak tanaman kebun itu.

Di sebuah shopping arcade di pusat kota Kyoto , saat sedang menikmati segelas cappucino sambil mengamati orang berbelanja, tiba-tiba saya dikejutkan suara keras tangisan anak kecil. Rupanya ada gadis kecil berumur 4 tahunan tersandung dan jatuh. Lututnya berdarah. Kami heran ketika melihat respons ibunya yang hanya berdiri sambil mengulurkan tangan ke arah gadis kecilnya tanpa ada kemauan untuk segera meraih anaknya. Cukup lama. Beberapa menit adegan ini berlangsung. Si ibu tetap sabar dan keras hati untuk menunggu anaknya menyelesaikan sendiri rasa shock dan sakitnya. Setelah beberapa menit berlalu, akhirnya si gadis kecil mulai berusaha berdiri lagi, dan dengan bantuan kecil tangan ibunya dia kembali berdiri. Masih sambil terisak-isak ia pun berjalan lagi. One topic you might hear people discussing when they’re talking shop about computers is how much random access memory (RAM) they need to add to their computer. Up to a point, adding RAM will normally cause your computer to seem faster on certain types of operations. RAM is important because it eliminates the need to “swap” programs in and out.

When you run a program such as a word processor or an Internet browser, the microprocessor in your computer pulls the executable file (.exe) off the hard disk and loads it into RAM. Large programs like Microsoft Word or Excel use large amounts of memory. The microprocessor also pulls in a number of shared dynamic link libraries (DLLs) — shared pieces of code used by multiple applications. The DLLs take many more megabytes.

Then the microprocessor loads in the data files at which you want to look, which might total several megabytes if you are looking at more than one document or browsing a page with a lot of graphics. So a big application can easily take 100 megabytes of RAM or more, which can slow your system down significantly if there isn’t enough memory. On your machine, at any given time you might have the following applications running:

• A word processor
• A spreadsheet
• An e-mail program
• A drawing program
• Three or four browser windows
• A fax program
• A Telnet session

Besides all of those applications, the operating system itself is taking up a good bit of space. Everything together may need more RAM than your machine has. Where does all the extra RAM space come from?

Akhirnya kesampaian juga untuk memindahkan blog ini ke lokasi baru yang lebih “besar”. Kapasitas sebelumnya hanya dialokasikan sebesar 300MB, dan sekarang sudah di-increase menjadi 1GB dan bisa di-expand hingga 10GB. Proses pemindahan ini tidak terlalu sulit untuk dilakukan dengan kenyataan bahwa tidak perlu akses ke terminal via ssh. Semua pemindahan ini dapat diselesaikan hanya dengan menggunakan frontend cpanel dan FTP client. Lokasi sebelumnya, blog ini mempunyai alamat IP 119.110.86.134 kemudian dipindah ke lokasi baru dengan alamat IP 66.197.178.245.

BACKUP DATABASE
Yup, ini wajib dilakukan dan yang sangat pertama dilakukan! Seluruh posting yang pernah dibuat sebelumnya tersimpan didalam database, dan sudah pasti gw tidak ingin mengetikkan kembali semua posting yang sudah pernah dibuat sebelumnya. Untuk backup database ini, dapat dilakukan melalui CPanel melalui fungsi Backup.

The logon/logoff category of the Windows security log gives you the ability to monitor all attempts to access the local computer. In this article I’ll examine each logon type in greater detail and show you how some other fields in Logon/Logoff events can be helpful for understanding the nature of a given logon attempt.

Event IDs 528 and 540 signify a successful logon, event ID 538 a logoff and all the other events in this category identify different reasons for a logon failure. However, just knowing about a successful or failed logon attempt doesn’t fill in the whole picture. Because of all the services Windows offers, there are many different ways you can logon to a computer such as interactively at the computer’s local keyboard and screen, over the network through a drive mapping or through terminal services (aka remote desktop) or through IIS. Thankfully, logon/logoff events specify the Logon Type code which reveals the type of logon that prompted the event.
